Log in to the dashboard and create an account

Create an account

1. Open https://app.sealgate.jp/signup.
2. Click "Sign up with Google" or "Sign up with GitHub". To sign up by email, enter your email address and click "Email me a sign-up link".
3. If you signed up by email, open the link in the email and click "Create account".
4. Enter an organization name (your company or team) and click "Create organization".

The first 1,000 MAU are free. See Plans and billing for pricing.

If you were invited, log in with the invited email address to join that organization. You do not need to create one.

Log in

1. Open https://app.sealgate.jp/login.
2. Click "Log in with Google", "Log in with GitHub" or "Log in with a passkey". To use email, enter your email address and click "Email me a login link".
3. If you used email, open the link in the email and click "Log in".

To log in with a passkey, first add one in Account settings.

About email login links

• A link is valid for 15 minutes and works once. If it has expired, send a new one.
• Opening the link does not log you in by itself. Click the button on the page that opens.
• You can send up to 3 links per hour to the same email address, and up to 10 per hour from the same IP address.
• If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder.

Log out

1. Click your email address at the bottom left to open the account menu.
2. Click "Log out".
