Plans and billing (add a card, cancel)

Plans

There is no setup fee, and you are not charged by number of devices or API calls. Organizations that pay in yen are charged the yen prices.

Check usage

1. Click "Organization settings" in the menu and open the "Billing" tab.

Shows the current plan, MAU (Live) this month (or this billing period on Usage-based), Test environment MAU, the estimated amount and the next payment date. You can also see this month's usage on the organization overview.

When a Free organization reaches the limit, a notice appears on the screen.

Add a card

1. On the "Billing" tab, click "Add card".
2. Add your card on the payment page (Stripe).
3. Back in the dashboard, a message confirms the payment method. It can take a few seconds to apply.

• Only Owners can add a card.
• If the screen says card registration is coming soon, you cannot add a card yet. To lift the limit, please contact us.
• On an Enterprise contract, the contract pricing appears and you can add a card once the pricing is set up.

Manage billing and cancel

1. On the "Billing" tab, click "Manage billing".
2. On the page that opens, change your card, view receipts or cancel.

• Only Owners can open billing management.
• If you cancel, the organization returns to Free (up to 1,000 MAU) at the end of the billing period.
